GEEIQ [Pronounced GEEK] began its journey back in 2018 when our three co-founders Charles, James & Andrew got together to create something special. Fast forward 3 years, and what once was three members is now a team of over 25, and that team is growing.
GEEIQ is a data platform which focuses on gaming, esports, Metaverse and NFT space.
We provide the world's leading brands with the insights necessary to launch successful marketing campaigns within the gaming, esports, and metaverse sectors.
Our clients operate in multiple and varied industries, from the luxury and beauty industries to tech and consumer goods and agency services. Some of our clients include Mercedes, Gucci, Tommy Hilfiger, and L'Oreal to name a few. We work directly with clients to provide an ongoing, fully tailored strategy formulation and execution service.
About the role...
This role consists of developing the client relationship while managing all client needs across a fully integrated account. The role would look to orchestrate and oversee the output of internal scope, including planning and strategy, media and creative services - to ensure they’re working in synergy.
What you will be doing as our Client Account Director…
- Strategic development of client work.
- Leading relationship development: building long-lasting relationships with our clients and agency partners.
- Client development: Identifying new areas of client opportunity, and managing the scoping processes
- Ambition to grow: You will be a large part of a growing company that’s constantly adapting to the ever-evolving world of social. We need people who push for progress, and seize opportunity.
- Support junior team members to develop and learn new skills whilst overseeing the work and resource required to deliver projects
- Uncover clients’ needs, desires and objectives and craft a creative solution that aligns with these needs
What we are looking for…
- Relevant experience in a senior client service/account management role; ideally in SaaS, Marketing, Creative and/or AdTech.
- Experience with strategic and creative ability to develop campaigns
- The ability to think creatively to resolve strategic challenges
- Ability to build relationships offering a consultative approach to partners.
- Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally.
- Ability to effectively operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment.
- Passionate mind set and drive for success.
