About the role
We are looking for a talented Account Manager to join our Client Services team in London. As a passionate and experienced client service professional you’ll ensure the highest standard of service across our clients ensuring the very best client experience.
Our business is understanding what our clients need and delivering the solutions to help them get there. We do this via our extensive knowledge of sectors and business drivers, a potent blend of strategic and creative thinking, and exceptional organisation and project management skills.
What you will be doing as our Account Manager
- Act as the clients ears and eyes on the ground being their voice within creative brainstorms.
- Lead client meetings with confidence from agenda setting through to minute taking and wrap up in support of next steps and agreed outcomes.
- Building client relationships; listen and understand individual client requirements and consistently meeting if not exceeding their expectations
- Developing a clear understanding of your clients’ brand(s), category and customers
- Monitoring and understanding your clients’ markets; be aware of market issues and competitive activity
- Keeping clients informed; ensure the reports you create are on time and are kept in a central location so the rest of the team can locate if necessary
- Actively participating in pitches, presentations, and workshops along with other members of the client services team.
- Be the primary point of contact for the Client and coordinate all client communications: meetings, calls, workshops etc.
- Consistently developing innovative and creative ideas and solutions for client campaigns
What we are looking for…
- Experience working in an agency and/or client-side experience in digital marketing, media or advertising
- Able to effectively manage client relationships while delivering projects to the highest standard and on time and to budget
- The ability to analyse and resolve problems quickly and effectively
- Able to interact with people at all levels demonstrating tact, diplomacy, discretion and maturity
- Data analysis experience
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- The ability to work under pressure whilst keeping an eye for detail
- Experience in creating reports or client-facing presentations
- Interest or understanding of the gaming/esport/NFT industry
- Proficient in use of Microsoft and Google productivity suite, in particular Word, Excel PowerPoint
